Our Office and Surgery Insurance Policy offers a wide range of cover to
suit virtually any type of office. You choose the cover you need so that

 |
Covers: - Loss, damage or destruction of buildings from which your business operates including
walls, gates and fences around the property, and underground services.

Doesn't cover: -
 | The first £250 of claims not caused by
fire, lightening, explosion, earthquake or aircraft. |
 | The first £500 of damage caused by animals
which are on the premises for the purposes of the business. |
 | Loss of or damage to fences or gates caused by
storm or flood, damage to glass, damage to any part of the building
or outbuildings when unoccupied for more than 21 consecutive days. |
 | Theft, unless following entry or exit by
forcible and violent means. |
 | Any damage arising from lack of maintenance,
wear and tear, vermin, rot, mechanical or electrical breakdown.

 | Loss of Rent
Receivable
 | If you own the
building, you can cover any reduction in rent that you receive from tenants if
the building is unusable as a result of damage. |

 | Trade Contents
 | Covers all contents which belong to you or for which you
are responsible including -
 | stock in trade, goods held in trust, employees
effects |
 | computers and other electronic office equipment |
 | drugs and medicines |
 | tenants improvements. |

 | property temporarily removed |

Doesn't cover

 | Legally required for businesses with
even one employee, this covers
 | any damages for which you
become legally responsible, payable to your employees for
illness, injury or disease caused in the course of their employment - up
to £10,000,000. |

while travelling in or getting into or out of a vehicle |

 | Covers
 | any damages and claimants cost for which you become legally liable -
occurring in connection with your business - up to
£2,000,000. |

equipment, by any cause, while in your office or surgery. This section
can be extended to include the additional costs of working following a
